UK consumer online purchases, including pre-owned watches, have a cancellation period ending 14 days after the day of delivery. You then have another 14 days after cancellation to send the goods back.

To cancel, email zerohourwatch.com@gmail.com with a clear statement. Please include your order details if available. No reason or approval is required, and you may also cancel by another clear statement.

We will promptly provide the secure return address and return instructions privately by email.

Change-of-mind return postage is customer-paid where disclosed before purchase. No restocking fee applies; lawful deductions for diminished value may apply.
