Shipping policy

We carefully and securely package orders before dispatch and use an appropriate tracked delivery service.

UK delivery

UK delivery is free on orders of £500 or more. Delivery charges for other orders and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within one working day, although this is not guaranteed. UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. We may use another suitable tracked service where appropriate, depending on the order value and delivery requirements.

Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For certain particularly high-value orders, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm secure delivery arrangements.

International delivery

International delivery is available only to selected destinations offered at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

We select an appropriate tracked carrier and service according to the destination and order value. For certain high-value orders, additional delivery arrangements may need to be confirmed before dispatch.

The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges imposed by the destination country.
