At Zero Hour Watches, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. All watches are fully inspected, photographed, and safely packaged before dispatch.

UK Shipping

  • Fully insured tracked delivery on all orders.

  • Free shipping on orders over £600

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

  • Deliveries are made via Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent next-day insured service.

International Shipping

  • Fully insured tracked shipping available worldwide via UPS.

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–10 working days).

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
    These can be significant depending on your country and can vary. The USA is a good recent example of increased tarifs.

Handling & Insurance
All watches are shipped with full insurance cover until they arrive safely with you. Tracking details are provided immediately after dispatch.

Inspection Policy
If you’d like extra peace of mind, you’re welcome to have the watch inspected by any independent jeweller or watchmaker in London before purchase.

  • Inspections must be arranged in advance.

  • The buyer covers any associated costs.

  • Watches will only be released for inspection under agreed terms to ensure full insurance coverage.
