The Dior VIII pairs a 38 mm black high-tech ceramic case with its distinctive pyramid-link ceramic bracelet. The gloss black finish catches the light beautifully, while sapphire crystals front and back frame the dial and automatic movement.
Condition
Cosmetic: Excellent overall. The ceramic case and bracelet look superb; only light micro-scratches are visible on the polished steel elements. Both the front sapphire crystal and exhibition caseback crystal are clear and unmarked. Please review all photos, which form part of the condition description.
Mechanical: The Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement winds, sets and runs correctly. In five-position timegrapher testing at 28,800 vph, amplitude measured 276°–291°, beat error 0.4–0.7 ms, and the rate varied from approximately -48 to +24 seconds per day by position. Power reserve was approximately 40 hours. The positional variation should be considered; future regulation or servicing may improve accuracy.
