37mm Longines Spirit Chronometer on stainless steel bracelet, with the beautiful black dial and warm gilt-style indices giving it a really nice military/pilot watch feel.
One of my favourite pilot/tool watches, that just fits my slim wrist unlike anything else. Widely regarded amongst the top GADA (go everywhere do anything) watches - understatement if you ask me!
Longines warranty until August 2029
RRP £2,350
Good cosmetic condition with some minor signs of normal wear on the case and bracelet, but nothing particularly obtrusive.
There are also some very faint marks to the AR coating on the crystal, visible under close inspection and certain lighting. I don't find them noticeable during normal wear but mentioning them for complete transparency. The AR coating could potentially be polished off, although personally I don't think it needs it.
Outstanding mechanical condition, timegrapher tested across 5 positions:
Approximately 0 to +2 sec/day, with strong 283° to 310° amplitude and 0.4 to 0.8 ms beat error at 25,200 vph.
The Longines L888.4 automatic chronometer movement is performing extremely well within COSC specification, with excellent accuracy, healthy amplitude and very good positional consistency.
Comes with:
- Outer cardboard box
- Inner presentation box
- Warranty card - Fraser Hart stamped 04.08.2024 (Longines warranty until 04.08.2029)
- COSC certificate/card
- Original Fraser Hart purchase receipt
- Swing tag
- 3x spare bracelet links
Currently sized to comfortably fit my 6.5 inch wrist.
